Practical information about sessions with authorised psychologist Therese Ejerskov

Waiting list: You can typically get an appointment within 14 days

Although my calendar can be fully booked up to 14 days ahead, cancellations happen regularly. If you write to me at therese@denkognitivediamant.dk or call to join the waiting list, you can get one of the cancelled appointments. Many also book the next available appointment, which may be a month away, and are put on the waiting list at the same time. In practice, most people get an appointment within 14 days.

Referrals

I do not have a provider number (ydernummer) and therefore no agreement with the public health insurance scheme, which is why I do NOT accept referrals from your GP.

If, on the other hand, you have a referral from your GP in connection with your health insurance, you can in some cases get psychological help from me and have it covered by your insurance. Read more on the page about insurance and funding here.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the agreed time, either through Terapeutbooking, by email or by text message. If you cancel late or do not cancel, the full fee is charged (including in case of illness).
If your insurance pays for your sessions, it typically does not cover late cancellation fees. You will receive a text message reminder the day before your appointment with me.

Authorised psychologist Therese Ejerskov accepts MobilePay

Payment

Payment is made by MobilePay at the end of each session. If you have pre-approval from your health insurance, I send the invoice to them, provided the insurance covers the full amount. If your insurance does not cover the full amount, you pay up front and claim the reimbursement from your insurance yourself.
